StartupBlac™ is a free virtual experience and growing community created specifically for Black women navigating career transitions, layoffs, entrepreneurship, side hustles, government contracting, technology, and wealth-building opportunities.

We believe every Black woman deserves access to real, actionable business education — not motivation alone, but strategy, systems, community, and ownership. StartupBlac™ was built to close that gap.

Our Mission

To empower Black women with the tools, education, community, and opportunities needed to pivot from employee to entrepreneur — transforming skills, side hustles, and professional experience into profitable pathways, multiple income streams, and long-term ownership.

About Biz Her Way

StartupBlac™ is an initiative of Biz Her Way, a women-centered business education and empowerment brand founded by Sacha Walton. Biz Her Way creates resources, events, and communities that help women — especially Black women — build sustainable, profitable businesses on their own terms.
